Open to any individual with MTA status who is in full-time graduate studies. Entitled to vote and hold office.

Open to any individual with MTA status who is not actively involved in any music therapy practice within the membership year. Entitled to vote and hold office.

Open for 2 years to individuals who are working towards accreditation. This category may be renewed only once, or with a letter of permission from the registrar. Not entitled to vote or hold office.

Open to any full-time or part-time music therapy student and full-time student of any discipline. Not entitled to vote or hold office.

Open to corporations interested in advancing the objectives of the Association. One representative from the corporation will be entitled to vote. Not entitled to hold office.

Open to any individuals who are not accredited. Not entitled to vote or hold office.

Open to all individuals with MTA status. Entitled to vote and hold office.
